Data is stored on access-controlled servers. Uploaded resumes are stored outside the public web root and can only be downloaded by authorised recruitment staff. Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery and rate-limited against abuse. While no system is perfectly secure, we take these measures seriously and review them regularly.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
